PROJECTEOL · PRIVACY
Privacy and personal data
This page describes the current service's actual data processing. Before a public commercial launch, the site owner must add the controller's full legal details and have the notice reviewed by qualified counsel.
Data we process
For accounts: username, email, password hash, verification state, active sessions, and a log of important actions. For the private-beta AI catalogue: profile details, solution descriptions, and customer enquiries. For the Weather API: key identifier, endpoint, response status, request count, and usage time. Plain-text passwords and API key secrets are not stored.
Purposes
Data is used for account registration and security, API key issue and revocation, infrastructure abuse prevention, user support, and—only in the private agents section—delivery of an enquiry to the selected developer.
External services
Maps load OpenStreetMap tiles directly in the browser, so the tile operator receives ordinary request metadata including the IP address. Forecasts and city search are processed by ProjectEOL. The weather-signals service is called server-side and does not receive ProjectEOL browser cookies. Analytics, advertising, and social widgets are not currently connected.
Retention and protection
Data is retained only as long as necessary for these purposes, security, and mandatory records. Specific retention periods for logs, enquiries, and deleted accounts must be approved before public launch. Secret hashing, request throttling, protective HTTP headers, and important-action logging are used.
Your choices and rights
A user may change their email, terminate active sessions, and request deletion of the account and associated personal data subject to mandatory exceptions. Use the site owner's contact, which must be published with the controller details before launch.
